Talking Monday, April 20th, 2009

Yesterday was a very productive day. I recieved a call from a representative of Bethany Bible College, who as it turns out knows some of the same people I do, and we arranged a meeting to talk over my application there. I also called Judy from Circle Square Ranch, and I told her about how many people I have to work for me this weekend, and I informed her of my decision to go into ministry. She is very excited, and supportive, and even willing to give me a place to stay if I want it. I'm beginning to become very excited about my future, and about the great things God is going to be doing in my life. I didn't get to talk to Aimee much today, because she was visiting her grandfather in the hospital, and she had a project to do, but I talked to her enough to learn about her opinion in the matter of my call into ministry. She is supportive, though is partly concerned that it may be a rash decision.

I learned the following things in my devotions:

- God sticks with us, dispite our numorous misstakes (Judges 3 + 4)

- God will be right beside you to support you (Psalm 110)

- Love everyone around you (Romans 13:8-14)

- Submit to the authorities in your life (Romans 13:1-13)

- God approves of what you do, so long as it is done in faith (Romans 14)

not all that much exciting has happened today. I went to classes as usual, and it rained a lot. I also worked on my "sermon" for tomorrows Christian Fellowship, keep me in your prayers, I hope it all goes well.
