I really liked the premiere. It really has the ER feel. I like that the language is there but bleeped out, instead of substituting other words for TV. It'll be interesting to see where they go with it.

Any other fans?

My goodness. I watched the pilot last night from my DVR. I loved it. I was thinking, "oh boy, another Cop drama." I'm so glad I watched it anyhow. I think this definitely has the potential to become a favorite.

ER? I was thinking of either The Office, This is Spinal Tap, or a scripted Cops.

Good show either way. I'm glad they put it right after The Office and 30 Rock.

When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal".

I have to admit, sometimes, I don't understand your perspective at all. Haha.

I think this show is redefining TV drama cinematography the same way ER did 15 years ago. I've only seen the in-car fisheye camera thing in comedy shows like The Office. They used that viewpoint last night and it wasn't distracting at all. Some of the other shots and angles were really neat - it didn't feel 100% like a documentary, but it kept that feel without being distracting. Kudos!

So you honestly don't see how the way this is filmed could remind one of The Office? The kind of "loose" filming that makes you think the cameramen are just running around with everyone?

I meant more that the cadence of the show, the focus on characters rather than situations, reminds me of ER, not necessarily the camera style.

I'm just starting to get into this show now that it's moved from NBC to TNT. I'm really starting to love it though. I can't wait for the new season premiere on March 10th.

I was so bummed that it got canned by NBC, but now I am all excited again.
