Some of Randy Rose's early 90's stuff had a similar vibe to Danzig. I had the album Healing and it definitely sounded like Mr. Danzig in places.

Gods is a recommendation I would make.

It features Jesse Smith of ZAO on vocals, and is surprisingly not metalcore at all. It has a bit of synth work throughout.

It's hard to classify something as metal without screaming... at least in modern culture. but Theocracy sounds right up your alley on this one. Has that heavy chugging, screaming guitar licks, and overall metal-ish feel without ANY screaming. at least on the "mirror of souls" album. (one of the longest modern albums i've heard of and only, like, 7 songs).
