NCAA Basketball Shot Clock

I definitely agree about the possession arrow. That one has always annoyed me.

What kind of frequency is there in the NCAA for jump balls? I feel like I rarely see them in the NBA, but recall seeing five or six over the course of a 24 minute middle school game recently.

Seems like there's a couple a game at the college level. And I've coached middle school... trust me, there's a lot more than five or six. Especially during girls games.

Haha. I watched a boys' game. Five or six was all that I could remember, though it doesn't surprise me that there are a lot more.

At least three to four in an average game. Every time the ball gets tied up there should be a jump ball. The alternating possession rule potentially punishes great defense and bails out poor offense.

I don't want the college game to get any more like the NBA than it is. If I want that type of ball...I'll watch the pros.

Im torn on this one,but I think I agree with it.People were wondering how much moving it would change the game,but it didnt seem to change it at all.If a guys a good shooter hes gonna adjust,if he isnt he isnt and he wont make the shot.

I agree to that more than the shot clock.
