Just dropping in to introduce myself. I've been looking for a place to hang out with others as well as partake (and perhaps give) some advice. Since I am a music lover and a person of faith, this looks like the right place to be

My name's Jason. I've been playing music for about 14 years now. I'm mostly a bass player, though I've been playing guitar just as long and I have dabbled in most instruments at one point or another. I am mostly into basic rock type music but with a lot of blue and jazz driven influences as well. I was lucky enough to be able to travel around as a musician for several years playing 3-4 shows a week in a worship/rock type band. Even got to record a few cds in studios ranging from someone's bedroom to the big studios. I thank God for all those experiences and don't take any credit for myself. Since then though i mostly play at home in a very modest home studio.

Anyway, I look forward to meeting and spending time with everyone here.
