When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal". |

| I feel kind of old.
some of my favorites as a kid (from different times; not all at once):
-sesame street (the original, meaning reruns from the 70s and early 80s. I didn't realize they were made so early until I went on a sesame street kick with youtube one day and saw the original air dates.)
-the muppets
-shining time station, both the episodes with frenchy from grease and ringo as the conductors
-carmen sandiego or square one, whichever was the real name
-ghostwriter
-david the gnome (someone please tell me they remember this; I feel like the only one!)
-rugrats (the original, thanks, weird artwork and all)
-doug
-inspector gadget
-eek the cat
-animaniacs/pinky and the brain
-freakazoid!!
and of course, can't forget the cartoons I watched as a teen:
-johnny bravo
-powerpuff girls
-fairly oddparents |

| Arthur
Doug
Ghostwriter
In that order. Arthur is amazing.
/did anyone else remember that Samuel L. Jackson actually had a role in the early Ghostwriter episodes? He played Jamal's dad.
"I HAVE HAD IT WITH THESE *bleep* GHOSTS ON THIS *bleep*...uh...COMPUTER!"

-fairly oddparents | Alright, to make you feel less old I put the ones I remember in bold.
To add a few to my list how about : - Muppet Babies
- Ren & Stimpy
- Salute Your Shorts
- Hey Dude
- What Would U Do
- Double Dare
- Wild and Crazy Kids
- Mr. Rogers
- Under the Umbrella Tree
- The Adventures of Pete and Pete
And the one "man" who guided us through those: Stick Stickley
Yes, some of my list may not be little kids shows, but I remember watching them as a kid and at 22 I can't quite distinguish what was early childhood and late. I'm getting too old.
