Yup. I couldn't watch it, so once I saw the Yankees won, I didn't even care to find out the score.

Someday, the Yankees will have a losing season and I will laugh.

That'll probably be the same day the Jays make the playoffs again.

I'm naming my firstborn Hideki...what a night for him.

I was kind of disappointed in the series. I mean, I'm thrilled that the Yankees won, but I thought it would be closer. Other than game 1, the Phillies never really seemed all that threatening. They have a great team, and two NL consecutive penants are nothing to take lightly, but I thought they'd go out with more of a bang.

I was hoping Chase Utley would knock another one out and break Reggie's record - then at least something good would have come from this Series.
