Sigh. | Yup. I couldn't watch it, so once I saw the Yankees won, I didn't even care to find out the score.
Someday, the Yankees will have a losing season and I will laugh.
That'll probably be the same day the Jays make the playoffs again.

| I pray to God that someday, someday, the Jays meet the Yankees for the World Series and pull it away from them, right before their eyes.

You might want to think about that one a little more.

| I'm naming my firstborn Hideki...what a night for him.
I was kind of disappointed in the series. I mean, I'm thrilled that the Yankees won, but I thought it would be closer. Other than game 1, the Phillies never really seemed all that threatening. They have a great team, and two NL consecutive penants are nothing to take lightly, but I thought they'd go out with more of a bang. |

| I was hoping Chase Utley would knock another one out and break Reggie's record - then at least something good would have come from this Series.

| Are you telling me the Giants don't use the DL? Impressive. |
