Does anyone know where I can find a fretboard chart with all of the notes of the C major/minor scale marked?

My guitar teacher has this poster in his teaching room that has all of the frets marked note by note (like E, F, F# etc) and it has major/minor (same notes just starts on a different root note), pentatonic, and blues scales beside it. I've never been able to find one like it but it's really useful.

I made it. Not very difficult to memorize once you understand the patterns across the fretboard (insert obligatory Fretboard Logic SE reference here).
