I'm not extremely familiar with the specific Audi, but the 735 (did they make one with that small a displacement) would be noticeably underpowered in the market segment. The standard is currently the 750 with 400hp (it was the 740 in 99). The most powerful BMW is the M5/M6 with 500bhp. The current top Audi (R8?) is outrunning it.

Mercedes has the second fastest production car in the world (McLaern F1).

But from your description, from the movie, the Audi would likely win.

I chose to actually get a BMW anyway.
