Maintenance schedule

Anyone have a link to a handy PDF document or Excel sheet for standard mileages/months for vehicle maintenance? I'd like to a) keep track of maintenance and b) plan ahead and start a sinking "Car Maintenance" fund so the costs don't sneak up on me. Thanks!

Every car is different. You might try searching for something that relates to your car, otherwise the best method is to use the chart in your owners manual (might even be worth making a spreadsheet for I suppose).

The problem is that there is such a disconnect on fluids/belts/interval length that it'd be hard to say "x' applies to everything.

Yes, there are things like timing belts and water pumps and other more critical engine components which need to be changed according to the manufacturer's spec, so you'll (the op) need to find out what those are for your specific vehicle.
Other things like oil changes and water/anti-freeze changes can be a little more uniform from car to car in their change cycle, but it's still best to see what the car maker recommends.

What kind of car do you have?

Yes what they said, get the chart for your specific vehicle from your owners manual, or the dealer, and enter it into a spreadsheet yourself. Every model has things that are different. There will probably be two different mileage schedules a regular schedule, and one for extreme driving conditions. Follow the regular schedule unless you live in a desert or the arctic tundra. There are some things you may have to do more often, for example if you drive a dirt road on a regular basis, you might have to change your air filter more often.
