Also, no I wasn't on break and I don't get free time. I actually have my own office (computer and the whole set up) so I'm able to hop on here a couple of times a day and post. Of course, I also check the news, weather, etc. too. I'm not even a full time employee yet and I get my own office. I feel pretty special.

Life in Virginia is alright. I'm a little stressed with homework right now but that's understandable right before spring break.

I work as an accountant for a mid-size coal company.

Going to see a semi-local band tonight. Also, hopefully make some contacts for camps this summer. I know there is one person interested in my band doing the worship for the entire week, but we'll see. It's been so long since we've done anything we're a little rusty, but you know.

In other news it looks like we may be in for a little snow and ice tonight or at least heavy rain. That's a bummer. Also, there is a lot of work I should have been able to accomplish today, but I haven't finished anything. I hate the week before spring break. Everything comes due then because it is right before break. When I survive this though I won't have to go through another. Thank goodness.

Well I am tired and have a headache. I'm not sure when the headache came on, but I'm sure it came this afternoon. I think it may have to do with a lack of sleep, extra stress, and just overall frustration. Spring break begins Friday afternoon and I cannot wait. It's my last, but I think I'll be able to handle life after college better. Besides, the week prior to spring break is always a struggle anyway. Every class has major stuff due, tests, and other work. I can't wait to sleep in Saturday morning. I'm betting on running on about five hours of sleep every night this week. Work is going to drag by on Wednesday and Friday.

In other news, this weekend was great and I probably should have done work instead of doing what I did. Oh well, I'll survive.

I think that is the eternal cry of the student: I should've done homework instead of [insert whatever here]!

I always make these great plans to do all my homework as soon as it's assigned, and yet I always find myself doing it the day of. whatever you do, don't get roped into meaningless classes. it gets even worse when that happens.

I attend a liberal arts college, there is a lot of meaningless classes.

well, I meant meaningless classes after graduation, actually. obviously most of the undergraduate course plan is meaningless.

Well, I could type out lengthy paragraphs about her and all the things that are great about her, but what are you looking to know?

We'll start off with some basics. Her name is Leigh Ann (though legally there is no space). She is a junior in college (the same one I go to) and we started dating in high school. She is shorter than me and better looking. Oh, she is majoring in Spanish and education in hopes to be a Spanish teacher, but she's also getting an accounting minor (thanks to me). Hmmm.....yeah, as I said, there is plenty more that could be said, but I've got a lot of work to do this week. I just got on here to do some quick catching up on posts and such.

Feel free to ask more questions. I'll probably pop back here before I go to bed and definitely sometime tomorrow.

So it looks like it's been fairly slow around the forums today. That's good though, it gives me a chance to focus on my school work since I have to get it done. The less I get e-mails stating that there has been a reply to a thread I'm subscribed to the more I can focus on working. No, I don't jump over here every time I get an e-mail, but it does tempt me. I have been studying for my advanced accounting test all evening and it's beginning to get to me. I think I will be able to do alright, but knowing the way I function I will get in there tomorrow morning and forget everything that I have learned. One bright spot though is that I have only two more days until spring break. Although, it's not like it is a big deal because I will be working all week so I don't get to lay around and do nothing.

In other words, I have some new gear coming this week, hopefully. I already received my power conditioner yesterday. One package is due Friday, but it's possible UPS may just be telling me that. This is gear that I wanted to buy a long time ago, but I never got around to it. I have had the money budgeted but have finally placed orders.

With that folks, I am out. I can actually head to bed slightly earlier tonight and just give up on doing the work until tomorrow afternoon.

Yes I have a journal now.

Things are going alright. I got back two tests today. One I took Tuesday and the other I took like an hour before I got it back. I got a 92 on one and a 98 on the other so I'm pretty happy. Other than that I. am. dead. tired. I can't wait until tomorrow evening. I'm going to bed extremely early once I get off work.
