Dear Cars Forum:

Coming to this forum to ask advice, but specifying a stutteringly horrifying selection is akin to visiting the Guitar forum and asking which $79 guitar sounds best. It's a waste of time. This forum is dedicated to car enthusiasts. If you want a people hauler, buy a wagon; it is safer in every recognizable way, hauls as many people, and is satisfying to drive. If you want a cheap car, buy a RWD; it is more fun to drive, offers improved vehicle control in most measurable aspects, and doesn't require a mad tyte CAI to gain 3hp+, yO!! If you want a car stereo, spend money. If you want to fix it, see a mechanic IRL or get comfortable with vague responses to your vague information.[/rant]

This forum would have absolutely no traffic without the HELP topics.

I agree that HELP threads are important. I would suggest that most Cars threads should be HELP related. But you aren't asking for help when the only options suck. You wouldn't go into the guitar thread and ask which guitar to buy for blues, then stipulate that it be $52 and made of plastic, would you?

Ah. You've got me there. No, I haven't. But we need to reform that as well if it's the case.

Care to elaborate? Sometimes peoples options are based on their likes or needs, not on what is "popular" or what other people like.

An SUV is rarely a safer, more comfortable, less expensive or more fuel efficient option than a same size wagon.

And I'm not talking driving pleasure.

You know that old "amp-buying guide" that's running around the amp forum somewhere? With a bit of modification.... the results could be entertaining, at least.

Thats why they make them because people have different opinions, desires and needs.

Yes, and like $59 plastic guitar buyers, some people are wrong.
