I'm not a fan of their old stuff, but it's my duty to call this to your attention. Their new cd comes out march 3rd, and I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but what I've heard is immensely brutal. And awesome. So it's probably worth a listen.

I'm pretty excited about Depravity. I like "A Critique..." pretty well, but it wasn't very well produced. I'll probably be getting Depravity once it comes out.

I remember checking out A Plea for Purging a long time ago, I didn't like it. Well two weeks ago I went back to facedowns site, and checked out a lot of the bands, and I was really grooving to APFP, its awesome. I bought the "A Critique..." cd and preordered the new one. I like the clean guitars and screaming at the same time, it sounds great. Of course I hope I don't get bored of this to quickly... It's not something as lasting as say Opeth's music has been to me (nor as many fond memories )
