I too am currently sick. | I think I do as well. My mom said my scream didn't actually sound like what I thought it did....
My dreams are pretty crazy, too. Heh. Quote:

After I woke up today, I had breakfast and took Mae outside.... it was so nice outside this morning, until about eleven o'clock. Then it got super stormy and overcast and things were blowing around at twenty miles an hour and stuff. It was strange, because in the morning it was clear and sunny and calm, and probably 65 degrees or so. *shrug*
Then I talked to Ben, and was laying in bed, and I fell asleep again by accident. So then I was almost late to work. But it was alright.
I am tired. I wish I didn't have to work Mondays ever.
*yawn* |

| I suppose I've developed quite a reputation around here.
I was at work today, and had the very distinct impression suddenly that humans (including myself) are the most selfish people on earth.
*sigh*

| Yeah, Burn Out and Rusty were Slick Shoes' peak.
I'm sorry, Sarah. I'd want my stuff too. Besides, it's mine, not theirs. That stuff has value... |

| Anyway..... I got some Crayola True to Life markers at work today. Those things are awesome. And for 50cents, too. I'm working on my 365 portrait with them right now.
Also, I'm really proud of my 365 today: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sbraines

In all seriousness, I know what you're saying. It's true. The human race can be incredibly selfish, which makes it even more meaningful to think about how Jesus was when he walked here.
Hopefully you did get your art work back. |

| The web director at church contacted me with an offer for a position as a backup for the secretary a couple hours a week. He thinks I can get my foot in the door and maybe do some volunteer graphic work for the Art department there. I am glad, because I want to start building some connections, since I will probably be graduating fairly soon... but I worry about other stuff, and I dunno. But I said yes.
That's about all.

| I am in a singing, emo-happy mood.
Today at work some lady was ranting to me about how this country is no longer "we the people" and it's going to socialism and that she's going to Australia to buy a house..... I wanted to tell her to leave. Is that bad?
There was a guy yesterday who was telling me that my store was going to close down eventually and I would lose my job.
I don't like people like that, you know? It's like, as if life isn't discouraging enough......
Maybe next time I will tell them that I don't want to talk to them unless I can help them find something or give them copies or something.
