Possibly Buying a 2001 Dodge Neon Sedan LE

So I'll be looking at a 2001 Dodge Neon Sedan LE with 106,000 miles on it. Any things I should look for specifically? They're asking $2,500 for it.

Check to see if the timing belt and water pump have been changed.
If not, they need to be done right away as the service interval is 105k miles (I did mine at 108k).

kbb.com lists a 2001 Neon w/ auto trans and 106k miles, good condition, at $2500ish. $2100ish for a 5 speed car in good condition.

Which trans does it have? Any options? One owner or...?
