First and foremost get some sleep/rest. I know that finals are rough and I still struggle with the fact that I don't get enough sleep during that time, but honestly, if you don't get some sleep, your grades will be worse.
Also, be sure to go back over your notes. Make sure to hit anything the teacher may have said like "This will be on the final" or phrases like that.

1) Paraphrase any notes you haven't mastered - then go back through the notes and write words in the margins which might help you memorize sections - then quiz your self over the notes and as you master a section put a line through it so that you don't waste time memorizing material you know.
2) Flash cards - When you go through flash cards, when you master a card remove it from the stack so you don't waste time studying something you already know
3) Teach the material to someone else
I found that realy works for me when i am studying:
I wil read through everything if its study work like biology and then i will highlight the key words then being followed by memorising!
Then i will sum everything up depending on the volume !
If i study maths or physics i shal start a few weeks earlier and work throug examples and old papers .
Exercising is also very importend !!! and sleep!!!!!! and healthy eating!!!
Cheers!
