Nissan 370z

what do you all think of the new Z? http://jalopnik.com/5084319/2009-nis...sign-dissected

i dont think i like it too much.

1. too curvy
2. front looks like a rattle snake
3. headlights look overengineered

the interior looks better...although it cant get much worse than what it was. a friend of mine has the 350z track edition...i like it better than this new one.

Performance wise, the 270z far outshines the 250z.. I would love to drive one. I think they went a bit over the top with the looks, but that is normal as of late. Everybody is pushing it a bit too far.

Not a fan of Asian cars, but I like the 370. Performance-wise it should be a great car, and although I'm not crazy about the looks it looks better than a 350z.

The 370z looks like a lot of performance for about $31,000.
Appearance wise, I'm still a fan of the pricier Infinity G37, but the Nissan is not ugly by any means. Just a bit confused looking and certainly not as unattractive as what Honda has been marketing for the past few years.

Ohmygwsh. It's beautiful. The 350z was my favorite, now the 370 is even sicker. Too bad I don't drive for another 4 years.

I actually think the 370 looks better than the 350. But either way, for that much money, I'd be going European. 31 + all fees and taxes = probably closer to 40. And that means I'm in used Elise territory. Or really nice BMW territory.

Oh noes M3....
I love/hate the new technology in their gearbox, now a manual can heel toe for you.... and blip the throttle... Well this has made its way to some high end gearboxes and the fact that it has trickled down to a Nissan is quite impressive

Agreed. That's why I bought a Saturn Sky Redline instead of Pontiac Solstice GXP. I like cars with a more defined look rather than a bulbous look.

Hmm. There are instances where less defined/more curvy can be absolutely stunning, though.....
