I went to the mall today got an Aeropostale jacket new shoes and walked around got my hair cut then i went to famous footwear and looked at shoes for my sister who owes me cuz i bought her an elvis purse to go in her shrine. she didnt find any so we went to khols where my mom works and bought her tony hawk shoes which look totaly awsome my mom got mad at us cuz we wer shopping for 4 or 5 hours so we didnt get anything done but we wouldnt have any way cuz we where going to go to the zoo if we didnt go shopping so thats pretty much it for today so please ask me more questions you can even ask personal questions theres no absolute fact i will answer them but you can still ask

hey if this is my journal can an admin or mod change or delete stuff from it cuz that shouldnt be allowed but my dad says a mod changed the name of his journal

Journals moderators, Supermods and Admins can edit and delete things from journals. That's how we keep bad stuff off the site. When the moderator changed your dad's journal title he or she was just having fun. If you want your journal title changed just ask and I'll change it for you.

really? thats awsome i kinda new it was a bad title because not everyone knows my dad but i haven't been able to think of anything else... as soon as i do i will ask you thanks for sharing your knowledge

I didn't mean to say that it's a bad title, I just wanted you to know that it can be changed if you decide you want something different.

Also, I'll tell you a secret about CGR. Moderators don't usually mess with journal names of people if they don't like them. The fact that someone changed your dad's journal name without asking tells me that he is well-liked on CGR and they knew he would think that the name change was funny. He could get it changed to something else if he wants, just by asking.

ya we did have a good laugh im just kinda stupid and curious i put a reference for him to be a journal mod and he told me that he wouldn't be able to keep up because of his job so i guess i just curious thank you for being kind and understanding.

My name wasn't really changed--the "I'm a sailor man toot toot" was added--it was all in fun and the mod offered to change it back but I said what the heck...

You aren't stupid, you are just still learning.
The difference between Supermoderators and Administrators: Supermods can edit or delete posts pretty much anywhere on the site. We can change blog titles, signatures, stuff like that - but we can't change avatars or usernames. We can ban people, but we can't ban IP addresses. Admins can do a lot more stuff behind the scenes as well.
