| Which All-Star starter is least deserving? Who should not have been starting? And who got the big snub (hint: the NBA leader in assists)?

| Jordan...Jordan...Jordan...
There are so many better small forwards in the Eastern Conference than Jordan....on top of that he is starting at guard. It is flat-out wrong...
However, I'd also look at Walker...he doesn't ahve the best stats in the league and he is a two-man show in Boston with Paul Pierce. geez, I dunno..

| I have several All-Star beefs. The first being, Allen Iverson. It's obvious that Jason Kidd should be starting at the point, not Iverson. Andre Miller should be there too. How do you lead the league in assists and get overlooked for the All-Star game? It's ridiculous.

| Ignorant. Yeah, Francis has missed 19-20 games due to the injury to his foot and the migraine headaches. However, I still do believe he should be starting. The only other possibility at point guard in the West is Gary Payton, who is having an excellent year, but I still do believe that Francis is the best choice.

| Mutombo should be replaced by Jermaine O'Neal of the Pacers. Michael Jordan is Michael Jordan, so I'm OK with him starting. Andre Miller wins the Snub Award. |

| I can't argue with the starters, because the fans voted (for their favorites, not by quality of their season). But some of the reserves are questionable. Alonzo Mourning doesn't need to be on there. His stats aren't great and His team is in the cellar of their division. I think Ben Wallace should have made the reserve team. Granted he is only a power forward, not a center, but his numbers on the defensive end are the best in the league. He's the only player in the top 20 in steals, rebounds, and blocks. Plus he is one of the main reasons the Pistons are one of the surprise teams this year. He's fun to watch because he gives 100% every time he's on the court, unlike 99% of all NBA players. Unfortunately Offensive stats are what make you an All Star! |

| I agree with Mindsize that Ben Wallace at least got a minor snub. And whoever said Alonzo Mourning doesn't belong there is absolutely right. He's not even a top 5 center in the east, in my opinion, just a name.

First, I'm pretty sure he leads the league in three point shots made. Second, all the rest of the options at power forward really stink. The only other possible power forward that could start would be Shareef Abdur-Rahim, and he doesn't deserve to start. Ergo, Walker is the deserving starter.
