Could some kind business minded soul take a look at this?

My mom got this in the email yesterday from someone, and she wanted me to look at it. Right off the bat it smelled like a scam. I told her so also, I also told her why I thought it was a scam (the flow of money is all wrong if this guys business model is correct, on top of that, it sounds like he is selling non-existent product at some points).

But my mom wants someone else to look at it and confirm that its probably just a scam. So, if someone could take a quick look (its long, but you can skim it, the problems are glaring, especially if you watch the videos).

The virtual chat assistant who nabs you right as you try to navigate away from the page insists its not a scam. But it was aparently my last chance both times I went to the site. :/

I doubt that's legit.
especially if they spelled "income" wrong in the URL...
also, when you close the window (or tab) you get a pop-up telling you to stay...

Yeah, I just visited the site for the first time this morning. I got nabbed by one of those.

The thing is, the flow of money is completely backwards. You are making more money for the products you sell than the company who is selling the products (unless they are selling ringtones for 30 bucks a pop). Then, you create a website, but it has no content, nor does the url you creat link to a site with actual content.

It just wreaked of a scam to me.

My Web of Trust app didn't come up with anything...
It usually shows a circle up next to the awesome bar, with a color representing how the site's been ranked. Green for good, Yellow for not so great, and Red for horrible. Much like a Traffic light.
But it didn't come up with anything for this site...

Hmmm... I just searched all the websites for the companies in the "as seen on" section at the top of the page and found no results on any of the pages.
