My family decided to do a secret santa this year and give away the rest of the money that we'd normally spend. That said, my dad still bought us all stuff. I got:

A 'calorie count' watch
A keyring
A 2009 diary
Isis DVD
Between the Buried and Me ticket

From family:
Around $400 ($200 of which is already gone to a couple new mics and a boom stand)
1 TB Western Digital MyBook (OMG SPACE)
$25 iTunes Gift Card (hooray stuff that happens to usually not be music...)
$50 Best Buy Gift Card (hooray music!)
$25 Barnes & Noble Gift Card (hooray books!)
$15 Starbucks Card (hooray tea lemonade!)
Buncha candy
I think that's it... Nothing huge this year.

From my students:
$20
$15 iTunes Gift Card
An awesome Guitar pen
A box of super tasty chocolates

And I think that was all that my students brought. Super cool! Also... fairly certain this is the first year EVER that I haven't gotten any video games. Pretty crazy.

To play a show for about 60 old folks at a party. (yes, I enjoyed that immensely)

My kids got me the "Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" movie, and I have some cash from VCR/DVD recorder combo that I will return because i just got one a couple months ago and a deep fryer that I will return because I can't use it (I usually don't exchange/return gifts). But I will use the cash to pay for the Hotel room I had to stay in when my flight got cancelled (twice!) and maybe for some musical gear, bass accessories or sumpin'...
