NFL week 12

How about the New York Jets?!?! This should be a real momentum builder with five games left. They don't have an easy schedule ahead, but I think winning three should be very doable--leaving them at 11-5.

I have other thoughts on the day, but it's getting late.

Atlanta had a VERY solid win over Carolina,45-28.Matt Ryan threw for 250+ yards and didnt have an INT,Turner had a huge game with 4 TD's and just an overall solid game.

I hate the Cowboys so much.

And Joe Buck is a TERRIBLE announcer.

Interesting week. Colts pulling it out with two seconds to spare. Tennessee no longer undefeated. Carolina get's a right royal spanking. Eagles bench McNabb. Cowboys back on form.

Even though I had a not so good week in the picks, I'm not angry. It's interesting. Okay, I'm kind of angry with Carolina. They should have been good enough to beat Atlanta.

either the Jets really are that good w/ favre or the titans had an off day. that was a sound win. the only thing with Romo is that if he doesnt have an interception, he has a fumble. he always has some kind of turnover every game...not stuff of elite qb's. you dont see peyton manning or brady doing that.

It's a shame Peyton doesn't play for the Cowboys, then Romo is their best hope right now, I think.

It was a VERY good week for football. I'm not even mad about the Pats beating the Fins because it was such a good game!

That, and I had the biggest fantasy week of any team in the league this season.

Tonight's game should be good. I think Brees will have a huge game.

All I have to say is that the Chargers finally got there's. Way to call a timeout and leave 30 seconds on the clock for Manning to work with.

And the Colts get sweet, sweet revenge in San Diego. Oh yeah.

Great game.On the Colts 4th down on the final drive my heart stopped for a minute...then I remembered I was watching Peyton and Harrison.

The Jets are legit, that was no fluke.

Is anyone else gonna stop the Giants?I dont see it happening til the playoffs at least.

The thing that got me is that nearly every team that won was on the road. Only Dallas and Baltimore won at home IIRC (maybe Jets as well?)

And I know the Cards lost to NYG, but man they're impressing me this year. If only they could run the ball.....

Just a couple of notes on this: The Cowboys were certainly not back on form. The only thing they did well is throw to Owens. And honestly, that's was not simply Owens playing well, it was the DBs playing poorly for San Francisco. San Francisco couldn't score in the red zone (minus one absolutely blown no-call for pass interference in the end zone), and had a couple of poorly timed turn overs... but the Cowboys didn't have much to do with that. If they had been playing a better team, they would not have done well.

As for the Panthers, I have not had much faith in them since they struggled mightily to beat the Raiders. That game was pathetic.

Any one watch the Monday night game? Midway through the commentators started talking about Drew Brees for MVP. What?!?!?! This is the first time all season they've one two games in a row. Drew Bees is not even the best quarterback in the league let alone the best player.

They've beaten a lot better teams than Atl, and they've beaten them before They find ways to win. So I was definitely surprised at that outcome.
