I like stuff like sriracha in spagetti or chilior on hot dogs/ sanwhiches etc, but I like the super spicy Cholula for mexican food or eggs etc...

| Cholula is amazing, and the garlic Cholula might have to be my favorite ever for Mexican-type hot sauces. Chipotle Tabasco or regular Tabasco have their regular place in my line-up, most commonly with eggs, or certain casseroles. And then there is Frank's, which is easily my favorite non-Mexican hot sauce, and goes on just about everything else I eat. |

| Cholula is about the only sauce I like. And it's not actually hot. At all.
Edit: Crystal is really awesome. So is Tobasco. You can use either with just about anything.

| a few drops of that would make a gallon of chilli too spicy to eat... besides it's like $300 per ml
I've actually heard that eating something too spicy can cause intestinal bleeding and can kill you. I wonder if that's true...
