Ive had the skin on the roof of my mouth begin to peel and blister when I have ate several very spicy items in a row. Its not hard to believe that eating something that is too spicy/hot could kill you.

Smoked Tabasco or The Pepper Plant....we can't get it here though. Only in California.

Cholula has become my favorite. Tapatio is a decent alternative. I like original and Smoked Chipotle Tobasco with eggs and a few other things. Sounds like I need to try garlic Cholula and Frank's.

I bought a small bottle of Frank's Red Hot. I LOVE IT. It reminds me of Cholula, but it is different. So good. Half of the bottle is already gone. Next will be Garlic Cholula if they have it, Crystal otherwise.

I've noticed that my hotsauce has tasted less and less spicy... I guess I need something hotter. How hot it Franks?

Red Hot, obviously.

Actually, I would say it is not as hot as Cholula. See if you can find some Dave's Insanity. Second hottest I've had. I don't know the name of the first hottest.

Well, Cholula clocks in at about 3100 scoville units. The higher the hotter.

Anything made by Blair tends to be hot. Their hottest is over 1 million scoville. Dave's Insanity is around 54000 scoville. Mad Dog 357 is around 185000 scoville.

Any of those would do you nicely.

I prefer Pace Picante Sauce. And anything from New York City isn't worth my time.
