More realistically, Obama would move it to 20%. But that plus increased corporate taxes and closing up corporate tax deductions/shelters will certainly put a big strain on business.

Haha, I like to post on the Yahoo! boards. But I always write something like:

DARTH VADER IS BEAR RAIDING THIS STOCK! GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or I just post on one of the stocks mentioned on Wall Street Warriors and make fun of how wrong those guys all were.

My understanding, at least regarding the next 2 years, is that the only "increase" on the plan (other than, as you mentioned, closing the loophole that allows businesses to not pay taxes by putting a shop offshore) would be the non-continuation of some Bush cuts, bringing us back to the levels of the (very good time for Businesss) Clinton administration.
