But I'd stick with the former before bedtime.

I forgot to mention this when we spoke on the phone last week...that Spike! you gave me messed me up. I didn't eat breakfast that morning. So I drank that thing on an empty stomach, and it went straight to my blood stream and my heart started racing almost immediately. I had such a rush I was having trouble reading the answers on the worksheets.

That stuff really does work.

I figured out that you should never drink them while exercising or you'll be severely dehydrated. Other than that, how often is too much drinking Monster?

the can says no more than 3 a day so...

jk I would never suggest it more than once a week, and I drink it maybe once a month these days simply because it costs so much.

ps drinking caffiene while exercising is always bad it's harder on your heart AND it dehydrates you.

I actually prefer full throttle and full throttle: Blue demon above to all others, but that mana potion one has been for sale at a shop I usually go to, so I may buy one next time...

Does it make you hyped, or give you energy?

Just had some. Wasn't too bad. But my mom overreacted because she thinks it'll instantly affect my heart negatively. I know they should be dranken in moderation or even the time period plan that S2M suggested. I should look at that energy drink article to prove my mom that they're not that bad.

Mm. The aftertaste is pretty rough, and the initial taste isn't just amazing. But if you mix it with something else, it's amazing, and it works really well. You don't feel it, it just... happens. All of the sudden, you're alert and completely on the level.

if I drink a Monster BFC my pulse goes up a bit, but not much.

Im pretty much the same way. I have to guzzle a 24oz monster or Full Throttle in order to even feel it. And even then the effect is only for half an hour at the most.

Caffein in general is a sedative for me. Seriously, I go to sleep faster at night if I drink a caffinated drink just before going to bed.

I have another question. Does risk factors of energy drinks include "constant runs" as in going to the bathroom often?

I didn't go often when I drank it, but I was uncomfortable and had cramps while me and my mom were driving home.

If you aren't used to taking lots of stimulants, then yes they will upset your stomach. There are two solutions to this problem (1) when you drink, drink less, (2) drink them more frequently and the problem will go away.
