My opinion: It's impossible to pick one. One of my favorites is 'Symbiotic' by Living Sacrifice.

I like Stryper's The Reign

but I also love Tomb of Gilgamesh by Tourniquet.

Where Moth and Rust Destroy by Tourniquet might also be another good choice.
