Yeah Leafs!

They can't even lose well these days. If you're going to lose to Atlanta, you might as well help out your chances at John Tavares and do it in regulation.

I agree that the Detroit goal against the Ducks should've been overturned, but I just laugh at the haters who claim that Detroit pays off the ref's or that the ref's are biased for Detroit. It's ridiculous. Detroit has had MANY bad calls against them for non apparent things and phantom penalties as well. So quit blaming the ref's when your team can't beat the Redwings or whoever they're playing. It's not the ref's fault, they do the best job they can. I complain too, but at some point you have to accept that the ref's didn't lose the game, the poor performance of your team caused it. Own up to it.

I'm talking to everyone complaining about the ref's in any game.

And yes I watched the game. I am a diehard Redwings fan.

I agreed about the goal, but I think a lot of times the Redwings get a lot of crap from other team's fans because they think the ref's are biased for the Wings, which is ludicrous and a foolish thing to say.
I have seen plenty of games where the calls have been horrible against the Wings and yeah I do complain, but at some point I realize that the ref's did not cost the game for the Wings. It was the Wing's poor playing that made the bad calls seem worse. I think everyone should stop putting so much blame on the ref's and look at your own team if you want cast blame and to remember it's only a game.

Well from what I saw, there were plenty of times that the Ducks' should've and could've delivered and didn't. That wasn't the ref's fault, that was the Duck's fault. So quit blaming the ref's for things they aren't responsible for.

Im not blaming the refs for losing the game for us, so back off. All I was saying was that the calls and non-calls in the game were completely ridiculous.

You are the one who said for the last three games you thought the officiating was horrible.
So the last three games had nothing to do with the Ducks, it was all the ref's fault? I think that is preposterous. The Duck's lost because they didn't play well enough, that is the final story, not the ref's. So quit coming up with lame excuses and scapegoats for your team losing, that's what I'm saying.

Wow, so because I said that the officiating was horrible for the last 3 games you assume that, that is the reason that I am saying the Ducks lost? Completely ridiculous. I never said anything about losing because of refs. I simply said that the Reffing was horrible. I am extremely critical of the Ducks play lately and I know that they can be doing better and I would thank you to not bring up such points to me over a passing comment, which had nothing to do with the Ducks losing.

You are the one who made the correlation of the Duck's losing earlier to the bad reffing. Not me. I only commented on it, because you brought it up first. If you don't want to be criticized you shouldn't be saying such things to begin with.

Both of you, calm down. Relax. It's just a game. Breathe.

I'm not even upset. I understand it's only a game, as I've pointed out in previous posts.

That being said... I think that the Red Wings have been inconsistent this year a little bit, and I wish they'd get over it.

It was nice watching the Sharks beat the Red Wings last night. Almost made up for the loss at the game I went to. Good game by both teams, and the Sharks just got those two breakaway goals at the end. Even then, Detroit brought it back to 1. Great game.

11 goals scored by 11 different players. That was awesome as well.

Im really not that upset, Im sorry if I came off aggravated. As I said before, the Ducks are having big consistency problems right now. Also the fact that they have an injury riddled line-up at the moment doesnt help. But I think the Ducks biggest problems are motivation and a lacking sense of identity.

Sharks just pulled one out against the Canucks. Man. Vancouver played great defense. Happy is me.

The Sharks looked bad most of the night, but they pulled it together at the end of the third period and tied it up at 1 with about 32 seconds left and Nabby pulled. Then, the OT winner from Thornton to Marleau!
