Seriously, though. Just lay out some foil with the sides turned up. Put some olive oil on it, maybe a little chicken broth, and squeeze a lemon over the fish. Toss on some capers, or onion, or rosemary, and let it cook on the grill until it's ready to eat. If you literally want a meal you can forget about while it's cooking, toss some potatoes, onions, broccoli, asparagus, and squash into foil pouches with a little water, pepper, salt and whiskey, seal them up, and toss them on to steam.
