| The Bloody Benders Since I've had horrible luck with staying in bands, I've started a project where I record every instrument myself. That way, no creative differences!
I've got 4 songs posted right now. 3 have a more metalcore feel while the other sounds a little more progressive. Please, go take a listen! Bloody Benders on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads

| You've been in more bands and have had more projects than anyone I know.
I'll check this out this week, looking forward to it.
At least this name is way better than Princess ET. But whatever happened with that man, it looked like you guys might have had a shot.

| I'm liking this a great deal. It could be helped by a little more polish on the recording, but you've got some solid songs to work with. |

| Thanks for the kind words. I recently purchased a new computer, some new software, and a new recording interface, so upcoming recordings should sound better. |

| So I finished recording another song. I was going to go at it slow and try and have at least one more done by the end of this week, but I woke up early today, no one was home and I was bored.
However, I'm not posting it on myspace yet. Just because. |

| This is easily the best stuff that you have ever posted on this site. I really like lonely.
I just have one question though, was the Friends the End intro a tribute to Memphis Will be Laid to Waste? The rest of the song didn't really sound like it but the intro is almost unmistakebly like it. |

Me and my friend both love Norma Jean, so we did that to show how much we love them. |

| So I've put together an EP with all the songs on the myspace as well as another acoustic song and a more straightforward hardcore song.
If you want an actual hard copy, I'll do my best to mail it, but if you really don't care and just want the songs, I'll send you a mediafire link where you can download it. |

| I like this a lot, I'd say it's your most well-put together stuff I've heard. Princess ET was cool, but I like the more straightforwardness that this offers.

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight. | |

| Alrighty, so some news..
Currently, I've lent my drums out to a church because they're doing some kind of special music thing this sunday and they don't have drums. So, I've postponed the recording of some new songs that are quite awesome and crazy and heavy because of that.
Also, I may be starting to play live soon. A local band that plays covers of christian artists has shown some interest in my music. A few are pretty good friends. They've done a lot of covers by bands like Demon Hunter and The Devil Wears Prada and stuff, just with different vocalists and stuff. I asked and they've agreed to learning my songs and playing a few shows with me. However, we don't plan on becoming a band.
So keep an eye out for more tunes that should be coming sometime next week! |
