photography question
I'm gonna post this here because it's kind of a visual art Darrin, if you feel that it doesn't belong here, feel free to move it

anyways, I had a question that I would really appreciate help with~

if I use 800 speed film, do I have to use a flash?

Depends... what kind of camera are you using? what kind of lighting will there be beside the [potential] flash? what are you taking a picture of? how do you want the picture to look?

generally, no. but it may end up looking clowdy or grainy.

actually I tried it out, hehe... it was a dark room... but some of the ones I took without a flash turned out better than the ones with it... it gave them a cool dark look. but thanks for the reply!
