Extensive amounts of training (usually from the age of two) and practice. I lift 245 lbs on my chest just by breathing.

well i had trouble getting my head under the water, in the end i had to get on all fours, then i scratched a lot of the enamal off the surface of the bath ith my weight belt. our window was open at the time, and seeing it was in the early hours of the morning the neighbours complained.
