What I can't seem to get about UWF...
How do they do that underwater?

i tried doing it in the bath but the neighbours made a complaint about the noise

well i had trouble getting my head under the water, in the end i had to get on all fours, then i scratched a lot of the enamal off the surface of the bath ith my weight belt. our window was open at the time, and seeing it was in the early hours of the morning the neighbours complained.
