| Unfortunately, the Olympic committee has not voted in favor of Underwater Knife Fighting in the Summer Olympics, so it will be at least four years before we see it in the Olympics. UKFA is quite optimistic about their chances for the next Olympics.
Cases of drowning have been minimized since UKFA instituted mandatory breathing training for all participants in their tournaments. |

| With the sport's popularity in Australia, Brazil, and the southern United States, very few underwater knife fighters are trained in cold water. Canadian and Russian underwater knife fighters would easily dominate. |

| Not to the Canadians, but I have a feeling that many members of UKFA would protest. |

| Pedro Amguilo from brazil had to undergo several thousand hours of extra training in order to UKF in greenland. We can see by this example that if even a runner-up champion has to undergo that amount of training, it would be harder for those in the more amatureish levels. |

| Definitely not. In fact, that is often used as a strategy to disarm one's opponent. |

| It depends on the type of match. Some matches allow multiple knives, but more competitive matches usually allow only one knife per competitor. In a free-for-all with multiple opponents, you would generally attempt to wrest the knife away from another fighter if your own was lost. |

| Definitely, though deaths are still relatively uncommon at the highest levels of competition. |
