Here are terms that I need help defining for school exams in computer/careers.

Excel Terms:

• Ascending Order
• Descending order

Career terms:

• References

Access Terms:

• Entry

Powerpoint Terms:

• Effect
• View

Ascending order means the items are sorted from lowest to highest: IE 1-10, or A to Z
Descending order means the items are sorted the opposite way IE 10 - 1 or Z to A etc.

References: A list of former employers, bosses, instructors, or others who will vouch for you character, work habits, knowledge of the Job, etc.

It's been a while since I've used access but I believe an entry is a single field in a record. For example if you were creating a rolodex an example of an entry would be the zip code.
