Less than I used to. But still too often.

When I do eat fast food, I have been going more and more for Subway, and other sandwich-like places. I <3 sandwiches.

Healthier than what? Depends on what you order.

Quantity is just as important though... you can get fat on lettuce a fat free grilled chicken if you eat too much

Formerly, about once every 2 weeks, if we count vietnamese sub shops. If not, almost never. Currently wondering if I ever will again.

A grilled chicken sandwich with melted cheesed(toasted no doubt).

I eat wayyyy too much fast food. I eat pretty well when I keep to places like Subway, but honestly, I just love hot-n-readys and Wendy's has some pretty good burgers, so my resolve never lasts for long.
Mmm. Now I want Subway. A nice, honey-oat turkey and swiss. With lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, carrots, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Being a college student I eat fast food too much. I've had it twice this week already. Last week I had it three times. Last year was much worse when we had a Wendy's in our student union. I ended up eating a chicken sandwich there almost every day of the week. I always notice how crappy I feel after eating fast food. So I try to stick to food I can make at home. Of course as I'm typing this I'm eating a Big Buford from Rally's. So now I feel guilty. (This is the second I was referring to).

I used to work at Subway. A grilled chicken sandwich has 5 grams of fat, according to the nutrition guide. I'm not sure if that includes cheese or not. From general experience, eating at Subway isn't as bad for you as something like McDonalds or KFC, but it doesn't have any great nutritional value either. Not to mention that grilled chicken always did funny things to my digestive system.

I don't think anything in the Subway nutrition guide includes cheese.

I eat fast food maybe once a week, usually at Chick-Fil-a in the Student Union. Mainly, it's a cost issue, but really most fast food places aren't available when I eat, or atleast I don't have time for them. Besides, if I take my 40% discount at work and get a burger, it's only slightly more than a fast food combo, and it's much better food.
