Is anyone here also a janitor?? Please help me keep my sanity, with some advice. I tell you what, they can tear it up, just as quick as you can clean it up!!!

I do a sort of janitorial work.

The way I look at it, if they didn't tear it up, we wouldn't have a job.

I'm also a janitor. I've been doing that work for about the past 3 or 4 years.
What areas do you clean? Are you generally working in one place?

The key is to not try to make some great world-changing accomplishment. There will always be messes. Just do whatever you can while you're working and then forget about it as soon as you're done.
It seems like you're putting too much of a personal investment into this.

I'm a cleaner at an old persons hospital, I suppose that would be a janitor.
I see it as a means to an end. Doing that job (that I dont really enjoy) enables me to spend time doing what I do enjoy without stressing about finances. (My job is only 6 hour days, finish at 2.30pm)
