[Almost Enough]

I'm having the hardest time with my BlackBerry and using email on it. Having poor reception does not help, either. I'm really frustrated.

I'm trying to make it so that my BlackBerry does not get duplicate messages when I send/receive emails using my Gmail account. I have the BlackBerry Gmail application and everytime I go to send an email, I get one in my messages inbox as well saying that I sent it. I also get duplicate emails now, one to my messages inbox and my Gmail inbox. I can't handle deleting emails constantly (as I've been doing for the past few months). It's driving me INSANE.

Can somebody please help me?

Who is your ISP?

Blackberry uses IMAP, which checks and receives email without affecting the email's status on the mail server. What you need to do to fix this problem is sign into your blackberry email management, as described in that thread above, and remove your gmail account. You don't want your blackberry checking your gmail anymore.

So, basically, login to "isp.blackberry.com" and delete the gmail account and you should be good to go.
