I totally hear you here. It bothers me when many modern Christians mock the 1950's and 1960's Christian community in America for speaking out against rock and roll. Some of the panic about rock and roll was based on racism (since it was invented by the black community, though many of its creators did admit a country influence), but it was also because rock and roll was associated with clubs that featured drug use, drunkenness, and frank glorification of sex.

Then you know what I mean. I've had discussions with Amish folks who explained to me rather well why they personally view the use of modern machinery as spiritually dangerous. To them, you and I using a laptop is a slippery slope.

I am in no way condeming r&r, or ANYBODY, i just want to know how i can improve my faith in God.....And trying to express my opinions, its hard, my first, ive alwasys lived w/o internet, so........the amish are very firm in their faith, wish i was as good. They are nice folks. We run a horse gentling farm at one point while with them too.

What about my name? I hunt demons for a living. Sure, it doesnt pay much, but I get by.

If you truely believe, then sit still in church and listen to the word preached and sung. And then go out into the world and tell them what you have heard. No need for all this screaming and flailing about wildly.
