How many terrorist attacks were there on US soil from 1994-2000? Was it actually higher than 2002-2007? I don't recall the UniBomber being active: so all I've got is McVay (we'll ignore school shootings by students which happened before, during, and after).

Since 02 I've got the shoe bomber (maybe he doesn't count for failing), the DC sniper, and the anthrax attacks.

Interestingly, only the sniper was actually related.
