Oh yeah, likely nothing's going to happen. And if/when a Democrat wins, any attempt to investigate it will be misconstrued as an attempt to kill unity.

I can't believe that Rumsfeld was the only authority on the investigation. I know it sounds naive, but couldn't the investigation's findings be published through other channels? Something? Anything?
It's absurd that this level of incompetence and shortsightedness would be so prevalent.

Rumsfield is merely the only person that the General who wrote the book interacted with to that end. He did not meet with GWB.
