You are kind of running in circles, here. You said it was looking like he would never be an average pitcher again, but then admitted that he was around the level of a league average pitcher.

Oh well. We agree that moving him to bullpen was a good idea.

The NL West is not what we thought it would be.

I am super excited about the Giants. They are young, they are scrappy, and they fight for games like I have not seen from a Giants team in a long while. They just went up 3-2 on the Phillies, and have bases loaded with 2 outs in the 10th. Last night, they were one strike away from beating the Phillies in 10. GOOD STUFF.

In the past three days the Tigers have scored 6 runs in one inning and 2 in the other 26 innings.

Yeah the Giants were a lot better than I thought they would be. Honestly, I didn't think the Phillies would have much trouble winning the series, instead 2 games lasted 10 and the other was won on an error in the bottom of the 9th.

Now the Phils go to Arizona for 4 games and then San Fran for 3. I would be surprised if they go 4-3.

Braves swept the Reds and are only 2 games back and are starting a 3 game series with the Padres.I like our chances in the series and it should be a good matchup.

My TX Rangers have won 7 of their last 9 and have won the last 4 series they have played... They are still 6 games behind Oakland and the Angels, but are really looking promising.

They play Oakland tonight, and although Feldman (the starter for the Rangers) is 0-1, he pitched AMAZINGLY in his first start.

(did you guys see the bench-clearing fight last night?)

That fight was ridiculous. Sexson is a moron.

The Rangers are looking a lot better now. My dream for this year is that they finish over .500. They have several bright spots, like Hamilton and Murphy, that keep me coming back to watch more every night I can.

Phillies beat Giants last night in Jimmy Rollins' first game back in a month. He was 3-5 with 3 RBI and was a triple short of the cycle.

If they Phillies could hang around first place without him, and without Howard or Brett Myers producing at all, I am excited to see what they can do with Rollins back and if Howard can get back to his old self. The NL East is turning out to be a really competitive division. The top 4 teams are all within 2.5 games, and although I don't see the Marlins hanging around much longer, it should remain fun (and stressful) to watch for the rest of the year.

The Rockies are slowly becoming less sucky.

The Astros aren't playing as poorly as I expected.

It's an okay year for me. Oh, and SD's shortstop, Greene, really needs to cut his hair.

Yeah. I'm sure he's frustrated about sucking ever since his first season in Seattle, but that pitch wasn't even really all that close to his head. He deserved the six games he got.

And he's just one of many severe under-performances from the Mariners thus far this season. Seriously, ___? They've got talent but cannot score runs or hold a lead. Expletive!

I think the marlins will hang around. Its a shame though that they fired Giradi back when.He did an amazing job and they still have their talent(minus willis and cabrera) and its young and producing.Braves are doing ok,but the game better be 2+ runs for the Braves or theyre in trouble.

The Rangers are working on their 20th win right now...With a record of 20-21. Even though it doesn't sound that good, (besides the 2nd week of the season when they were 6-4) it *might* be the first time the Rangers have a record of over .500

They are 11 of the last 14...with 9 people on the DL

Go RANGERS ...there might be some hope this year
