Help me identify which effect this is!

I dont play piano or keys, i wish i did, but i don't. anyways, i was wondering what that common airy effect is that keyboardists use, particularly with hillsong, they have this airy synch like note that goes really well in the backround, but im very unsure

what are the effects called on YOUR keyboard? i know there will be mixed answers, but i wana get a general idea of what to look for, thank you!

It's not an effect. It's a synth sound. Keyboards have, generally, hundreds if not thousands of sounds they can use. The airy thing you describe is among them.
