Question for the Pizza Chefs Among Us
How do you transfer the pizza to the pizza stone WITHOUT a peel?

Buy a peel. Or, pick it up and set it on. Just... be quick and gentle.

I assume you're making your own dough... what recipe do you use?

I'll go ahead and buy a peel this weekend, but I tried the parchment paper method and it worked ok. A peel would be a bit easier though. As for what recipe, I actually cheated a bit and used a ready-made dough (whole wheat). Next time, I'll show my true Italian colors (which would be Ironic being that I am from the West Indies) and make it from scratch.
