The Moon is Down

The Moon is Down

And Heaven is Waiting

In the wake of Ike, we had a rare clear night in East Texas. This was the last shot I took with my 300/4L before I sent it back. I used it with my 1.4 teleconverter.

I think it turned out quite nicely.

I really don't consider myself a photographer but I do like to play with my camera. These were taken on a cheap Kodak EasyShare CX7530.

Older shot (shot around last year), but printed in the darkroom with what's called sabatier, made by re-exposing a developing print to light.
