| I love running cross country..it just stinks that its during football season and for me football > C.C.
I still enjoy running long distances on my own time and whatnot. |

| man, i love running. there is nothing like going out on a 10 miler and just shutting your mind down and just going. ahhh i miss it. i havent been able to do it since i hurt my back last year.

| my back has healed enough so, i was able to run for the first time today after about 10 months. my legs are not under me yet, but i hope to be doing 5 in about a month and ten in 2 months

| so i am doing some interval training on the treadmill to start out. i can only run 5 min at a time right now, so i run for 5 and walk for 5.

I don't actually run cross country, but I like to run a bit to keep in shape for soccer & basketball. Right now I can only do about 3 miles. I hope to pump that up to 5 over the summer. |

| my goal is to do 5 miles for my long runs by next month. i think i can do it. i want to max out at 10 in 3 months.

what stinks is that cross country is same season as marching band and football

| *sighs* running is so overrated. but I DO run all the time, and I like it. I just run to keep in shape for skiing.
