Paul, there's a problem with this contest. The post count shown as the master post count is missing A LOT of posts. EVERYTHING in CPF is not included and I don't believe posts in this forum count either. When you factor that in, you'll see that every 2,8XX,XXX post has been made. So, unless you're gonna watch the post counter until the magic post is made, you'll need to look over it again.

He's not, but there's no way for him to find out who made the magic post.

If you type in every single 2,8XX,XXX post, you'll see, they've all been made. We're in 3,162,XXX at the moment.

But if the number is, say: 3,162,879, all he needs to do is use this URL:

http://www.christianguitar.org/forum....php?p=3162879

Except for the fact that:

I have picked the winner to be the 2,8XX,XXX post on the forum which will take place in the next 36 hours. Good luck and may the best CGR poster win!
Which is why the contest needs to be modified. Otherwise, the winners post would have been made in 06 or early 07.

Paul posted this assuming that the master counter at the bottom of the forum (which is at 2,8XX,XXX right now) included all the posts, but it doesn't include the posts from CPF or Contests Central, but the board still has to give them a post ID. The post IDs have us over 3 million

In the unlikely event that I win this, is this open to international users?
