Definitely, check out the competition in this forum. It's already posted. Photoshop or GIMP, or even Microsoft Paint...all are welcome to compete.

I'd love to join in on photomanip contests. I've posted a bunch on photoshopcontest.com awhile back, which is a great place to learn photomanipulation. Looking forward to participating in them here as well.

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro and would gladly love to be a participant or simply learn from the pros. My knowledge is basic but I can get by - with some manipulation.
