Microsoft has made the release candidate of SP1 available online now. I'm downloading the final update package for it now.

Basically you need to download a registry change from Microsoft's website in order to be able to get the downloads from Windows Update.

MS released the changelog earlier this week. It'll be interesting to see how it affects performance and such.
