I have to pay for car insurance, gasoline, school, and everything else except for rent and cell phone bill. I have no problem letting my girlfriend (who doesn't have to pay for bills or anything) pay for some of the dates. We usually try and split it evenly.

If I can afford to pay for her, I will, though she's willing to pay her own way at times. And considering my financial situation right now, we agreed it's not a bad idea if we paid our own ways at times.
