Let's see... I have two guitars, a keyboard, and a flute, and Art has a bass and a trumpet. So that's six. If my homemade rice shaker counts, as it's an actual instrument I would use (albeit a crappy one), that's seven.

4 people, two electric guitars (I leave my acoustics at my grandparent's house), one bass, a piano, a keyboard (old casio), a lap harp, a one string didly-bo that I made back in junior high music class (that one doesn't have to count but it can), and a harmonica.

At my grandparent's place though...

there are two people (but I'm the one who plays all the instruments, except my grandma is really good at piano)
one piano, two acoustic guitars, a banjo (five string), an organ, a trumpet, a keyboard (same model as mine), and a snare/cymbal combo. There might also be a clarinet but I haven't seen it in years.
